Nadia Osman
Founder + Project Coordinator
Nadia is a recent graduate of George Mason University's School of Business. She studied Information Systems/Operations Management and wants to make non-profit work her full time career path. Nadia kick-started Project Feed Afghanistan and founded Osman Relief Initiative after gaining dedicated supporters who wanted to see the project continue past Ramadan 2020. She is dedicated to seeing the success and growth of ORI both as a foundation and in the impact it makes on the world.
Bahram Osman
International Campaign Manager
Bahram is an Afghan American who has made it his mission to give back to the country that raised him and his family. Through Bahram's connections in Afghanistan, Osman Relief Initiative has been able to confidently and safely distribute donations to those in need. With his growing network in the Middle East, Bahram is working on expanding the reach of Osman Relief to other countries and communities in need.
We provide basic food necessities for communities in Afghanistan that desperately need it. Our bags usually contain enough rice, flour, oil and other groceries (depending on the location) to feed families for one month.
Building water wells is a project we are developing and that will go live in the next few months. Water wells provide clean water for communities long after they are installed and help increase the standard of living in those areas.
As we do our part overseas, we are looking to build connections with local and national organizations to make an impact on our communities here in the United States. Stay tuned for local projects in the future.
